We use reinforced corners on all covers to withstand wear and tear and utilize either reinforced Velcro or heavy duty zippers to provide a more secure closure.

200 Denier Nylon
200 Denier nylon is a lightweight fabric used mostly in low impact applications such as storage and non-transporting carts. This fabric is both economical and consistent. Washable.
blue, white, green, yellow, red, and others are available.
420 Denier Nylon 420 Denier nylon is our most popular fabric for cart covers. This medium weight fabric is easy to handle, provides excellent durability, and represents a great value all around. Washable.
white, navy blue, royal blue, black, green, yellow, burgundy, and others are available.
1000 Denier Nylon 1000 Denier cordura nylon is used for the highest impact applications such as linen transportation carts. This rugged, heavy weight fabric is similar to that used for luggage and backpacks. Washable. white, navy blue, royal blue, black, green, yellow, and others are available.
Vinyl 13 ounce vinyl fabric is most commonly used for industrial applications. This flame-retardant, heavy weight fabric is easy to handle with excellent durability. Wipes clean. white, blue, green, red, clear, gray, and others are available.
Staph Check
Staph check vinyl fabric is most commonly used in the health care industry. This is an anti-bacterial, flame retardant, OSHA approved fabric. This medium weight fabric is easy to handle. Wipes clean.
